Provide Level 1 support for DFC systems and respond to inbound calls with ticket creation and updates;
Coordinate system support issues with Business Analysts, Lithia IT support and third-party vendors to meet SLAs;
Troubleshoot and provide hardware and software support for end users;
Assist with DFC phone system management, support, and monitoring;
Process onboarding/transfers/off-boarding tickets and provide first day support for new employees
