Cascade Management, Inc. is seeking an IT Support Tech I to install, maintain, test and repair systems and networks at our Tigard corporate office. The role provides first-level end-user support and training, handling incidents and basic IT issues for staff.
Qualifications include a high school diploma or GED and 1-3 years of help desk experience, with solid knowledge of computer systems, networking and strong communication skills. Travel may be required for on-site support and new office setups.
