Position Overview

BMW of Tigard is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Parts Runner to join our fast‑paced team! This role offers a great opportunity to start your career in the automotive industry, with chances to learn and advance in a supportive environment.

• Receive, sort, and deliver incoming packages to the appropriate team members.
• Ensure parts deliveries match packing slips and report any discrepancies to the Parts Manager.
• Stock inventory and organize special order parts with the correct customer information.
• Package parts securely for shipping or pickup.
• Pick and deliver parts orders to technicians to keep service running smoothly.
• Help organize wholesale parts orders for shipping or pick‑up.
• Clean and organize the parts department.
• Contribute to process improvements and offer suggestions to enhance efficiency.

• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, active environment.
• A valid driver's license with a clean driving record or minimal violations.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational abilities.
• A positive, team‑oriented attitude and a strong work ethic.
