As an administrator with us, you play a pivotal role in ensuring the well‑being, comfort, and dignity of 20‑30 residents within the community. In this position, you will oversee the operations of the facility, ensuring that residents receive the highest level of care and support in accordance with established guidelines and regulations. You will also ensure staff and the building are staying in compliance with OARs.

Compensation Range

$50,000 to $70,000 per year (based on experience level)

Job Responsibilities (not limited to)
  • Operations Management:
    Oversee the daily operations of the facility, ensuring a smooth and efficient workflow
  • Staff Supervision:
    Hire, train, and manage a compassionate team of care providers, administrative staff, and other essential personnel
  • Regulatory Compliance:
    Ensure that the facility meets or exceeds all state and federal regulations related to care, safety, and documentation
  • Budget and Finance:
    Manage the facility’s budget, ensuring fiscal responsibility and financial stability
  • Family and Resident Liaison:
    Serve as the primary point of contact for residents' families, addressing any concerns or feedback and ensuring clear communication
  • Care Quality Assurance:
    Continuously assess and improve the quality of care and services provided to residents
  • Community Engagement:
    Build and maintain relationships with local organizations and partners to support the residents and the facility's needs
  • Risk Management:

    Implement measures to minimize risks and address any emergency or crisis in the community promptly
  • Program Development:
    Introduce and oversee enrichment programs tailored to the residents’ physical, mental, and social well‑being

    Education:

    Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in assisted living and memory care

Qualifications
  • Certification/License in Nursing Home Administration or similar
  • Minimum 1 Year of Healthcare administrative experience
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Strong understanding of state and federal regulations
  • Demonstrated leadership and team management capabilities
  • Familiarity with budgeting and financial management
  • Ability to handle all aspects of working with adults, especially those with complex care needs
  • Ability to make critical decisions under pressure
  • Capacity to handle the physical requirements of the job, including lifting, walking, and standing for extended periods
  • Experience with behavioral health (preferred)
  • Familiarity with electronic health records and related software (preferred)
