In 2021, an expansion allowed the credit union to begin serving anyone who lives, works, worships or attends school in Clackamas, Marion, Multnomah, Polk, Washington, and Yamhill counties.

This position is responsible for assisting the Branch Manager in the overall management of the branch - may step in for Branch Manager in their absence. This individual supports efforts to maximize revenue, sales, member satisfaction, and minimize operational losses as well as deepening existing relationships and minimizing member attrition. Contributes to the implementation of promotional campaigns and product initiatives at the branch level.

• Support execution of branch growth plans focused on member relationships, financial wellness, and service quality
• Assist in driving daily sales, service, and operational activities to meet branch goals
• Reinforce performance expectations tied to member outcomes and relationship growth
• Communicate branch priorities and ensure team understanding of goals and expectations
• Monitor daily performance and provide feedback to improve results
• Help maintain efficient, consistent branch operations

• Support a member-first culture centered on trust and strong relationships
• Identify opportunities to enhance member relationships and meet financial needs
• Ensure consistent, high-quality service in all member interactions
• Address member concerns and elevate issues when appropriate
• Model behaviors that prioritize doing what’s right for the member
• Partner with internal teams to deliver a seamless member experience

• Support branch sales efforts and help drive achievement of goals
• Individual production of loans, new accounts and performing teller transactions when needed.
• Reinforce sales expectations and track team progress
• Coach team members on effective and ethical sales practices
• Recognize and promote successful behaviors within the team
• Ensure all sales activities follow policies and regulatory requirements
• Participate in community outreach, dedicating time to building relationships and contributing to a pipeline of new business for the branch
