Supplies Authentication Systems Manager

• Lead the Authentication Systems team responsible for secure microcontroller infrastructure, production and prototype personalization recipes, authentication applications, and supporting software services

• Ensure uninterrupted operation of mission-critical authentication systems supporting HP Print and Supplies business objectives

• Drive modernization initiatives to improve quality, reduce cost, simplify processes, increase scalability, and reduce operational complexity

• Lead cloud-based authentication and cryptographic service initiatives

• Manage strategic supplier and partner relationships

• Develop and execute technical roadmaps aligned with business priorities, new product introductions, quality objectives, and operational requirements

• Establish business continuity, succession planning, cross-training, and knowledge transfer strategies

• Build, mentor, and develop a high-performing engineering team

• Provide technical and organizational leadership across functional teams and stakeholders

• Promote visibility of team accomplishments, operational metrics, and future roadmaps

• Champion HP Way values and create an inclusive environment

• Deliver authentication platforms, personalization infrastructure, recipes, and software services reliably

• Execute strategic authentication and cloud security initiatives supporting HP supplies programs

• Bachelor's degree in relevant area and demonstrated competence
• 7-10 years of Software Engineering experience
• Ability to lead secure microcontroller infrastructure, production and prototype personalization recipes, authentication applications, and supporting software services
• Knowledge of cloud-based authentication and cryptographic services
• Ability to develop and execute technical roadmaps
• Ability to manage strategic supplier and partner relationships
• Ability to establish business continuity, succession planning, cross-training, and knowledge transfer strategies
• Willingness to travel 25%

Demonstrates expertise in leading secure microcontroller infrastructure and cloud-based authentication services while developing technical roadmaps aligned with business objectives. Proven ability to build and mentor high-performing teams and manage strategic supplier relationships.
