General Production Worker Job Description
Join our team as a General Production Worker, where you’ll play a vital role in creating high-quality electronic equipment within a dynamic manufacturing environment. This position requires flexibility and proficiency across various tasks within your assigned functional area.
Responsibilities- Fabricate or assemble electronic equipment according to written work instructions.
- Transition smoothly between multiple work areas daily based on established patterns.
- Deliver materials to the point of consumption in response to Kanban signals.
- Perform inventory transactions accurately.
- Actively participate in daily management system meetings.
- Contribute to continuous improvement projects.
- Maintain a clean and well-organized work area.
- Perform additional duties as assigned by Supervisor.
- Manufacturing experience (preferred).
- Small parts familiarity.
- Ability to read and interpret English and use computers.
Skills & Qualifications
- 0-1 years of related work experience.
- Training in and experience with Lean manufacturing principles is preferred, but not required.
- Familiarity with computers and Windows.

Work EnvironmentWork in a brand new facility that resembles a football field, with areas for raw materials, SMT & AOI machines, assembly/hand add, and packaging/shipping. You will primarily work in the assembly/hand add area.
Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract to Hire position based out of Tigard, OR.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $17.50 – $18.55/hr.
