Position OverviewThis role is responsible for coordinating and supporting receiving, inventory control, material storage, job kitting, and shipping/logistics operations throughout the facility. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, capable of working independently, and thrives in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
What You’ll Do Shipping, Receiving & Logistics- Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments of components, materials, and supplies
- Process shipping and receiving transactions within an MRP system
- Verify packing slips and deliveries for accuracy and report discrepancies
- Prepare and package products for domestic and international shipments
- Coordinate freight pickups and deliveries with carriers
- Maintain accurate shipping, receiving, and inventory records
- Assist with occasional driving duties for material pickups or deliveries
- Maintain organized inventory storage locations based on turnover and accessibility
- Label and identify inventory using tags, stamps, labels, and marking equipment
- Perform cycle counts and inventory audits as directed
- Inspect inventory for damage, wear, or defects and report issues to management
- Maintain orderly and accessible inventory locations throughout the facility
- Assist with disposal and documentation of obsolete materials
- Kit daily work orders according to production schedules
- Maintain organization of job kits by location and project size
- Update and maintain kitting schedules
- Deliver materials to production, quality, or designated inventory locations

- Exposure to ISO-certified manufacturing processes and Lean practices
- 1+ year of experience in shipping, receiving, inventory, warehouse, or logistics operations
- Experience using MRP or inventory management systems
- Valid driver’s license with an insurable driving record
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to lift up to 35 lbs and remain active throughout the shift
- Forklift operating experience
- Previous manufacturing or warehouse experience
- Familiarity with international shipping documentation
- Exposure to Lean manufacturing practices
