We are partnering with a growing, highly specialized manufacturing company seeking a Quality Engineer to join their team. This organization is known for producing precision-engineered products and maintaining high quality standards throughout the manufacturing process. • Support and maintain the company’s Quality Management System (QMS)
• Investigate quality concerns and assist with root cause analysis and corrective actions
• Partner with Engineering, Production, Program Management, and Purchasing teams to ensure quality standards are met
• Support new product introductions and ensure smooth transition into production
• Conduct internal audits and assist with corrective and preventive action programs
• Analyze product failures and customer complaints and recommend solutions
• Assist with supplier quality initiatives, audits, and performance improvement efforts
• Develop and support quality training programs
• Prepare quality reports and documentation
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives including Lean, Kaizen, and 5S activities
• Support Quality Inspectors and manufacturing teams in maintaining compliance and product quality
• Assist with reverse engineering and verification of customer-supplied products and drawings

• Minimum 5 years of quality experience within a manufacturing environment
• Minimum 3 years working in an ISO‑certified environment
• Strong understanding of quality systems, audits, and corrective actions
• Experience performing root cause analysis and implementing solutions
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Experience reading and interpreting technical drawings and specifications
• Solid computer proficiency and reporting skills

• Manufacturing quality experience
• ISO environment experience
• Root cause analysis and corrective action experience
• Audit experience
• Strong project management and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively
• Strong attention to detail

• Mechanical, Biomedical, Electrical, Manufacturing, or Quality Engineering degree
• Manufacturing Engineering experience
• CMM knowledge and inspection equipment experience
• Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen, and 5S experience
• Plastics manufacturing experience
• Supplier quality experience
