Job Description

Our client is hiring a Final Assembly Technician to support the final stages of manufacturing custom display and millwork products. This role focuses on assembling finished components, installing hardware and fasteners, and ensuring products meet quality standards before completion. The ideal candidate has experience using hand and power tools in a manufacturing or construction environment and is comfortable reading assembly instructions or drawings.

Attention to detail and the ability to work both independently and with a team are key to success in this role.

Key Responsibilities
  • Interpret drawings and assembly instructions to build finished products
  • Position, align, and assemble components into completed units
  • Install hardware such as screws, bolts, washers, rivets, staples, and adhesives
  • Pre-drill pilot holes when needed for fasteners and hardware installation
  • Use tools such as tape measures, screw guns, glue guns, wrenches, mallets, and utility knives
  • Install wiring or electrical components when required
  • Inspect completed assemblies to ensure quality standards are met
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area and assist other departments when needed
Qualifications
  • Construction or manufacturing experience using hand and power tools
  • Ability to read and follow assembly drawings or instructions
  • Ability to use tape measure, glue gun, screw gun, wrenches, mallets, utility knife and other powered and hand tools
  • Strong attention to detail and quality control
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment
  • Flexible and willing to assist other departments when needed
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs

Pay: $20 to $24 per hour depending on experience
Schedule: Monday–Thursday or Tuesday–Friday, 6:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
