Schedule: Monday–Friday; 7:30 AM–4:30 PM

This is a temp-to-hire position.

A well-established manufacturing company with more than 60 years of success is seeking an experienced CNC Router Programmer/Operator to join its team. This position is ideal for someone with previous CNC router table experience who can independently program, set up, and operate CNC equipment in a production environment. The successful candidate will have experience using CNC programming software, preferably AlphaCAM, and be comfortable working with minimal supervision while maintaining high standards of quality and accuracy.

• Program CNC router tables using AlphaCAM software
• Set up and operate CNC router equipment for production runs
• Read and interpret drawings, specifications, and work orders
• Optimize cutting programs for efficiency and material utilization
• Verify dimensions and quality using measuring tools
• Troubleshoot machine and programming issues as needed
• Perform machine adjustments and routine maintenance tasks
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment

• Previous CNC router table programming and operating experience required
• Experience with AlphaCAM software preferred
• Strong understanding of CNC machining processes
• Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings
• Experience using measuring tools and verifying tolerances
• Strong troubleshooting and problem‑solving skills
• Ability to work independently and manage priorities
