Training on day shift:
Monday–Thursday 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM Once trained:
Swing shift Monday - Thursday 4:30pm - 2:30am

What You'll DoWe're looking for an experienced CNC Burn Table Operator to join a growing fabrication team. In this role, you'll operate plasma and oxy-fuel burning equipment to produce precision structural steel components. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with burning experience who wants to expand their skills, as cross-training on additional equipment will be provided.
- Operate CNC plasma structural cutting machines.
- Operate oxy-fuel coping (Coper) machines.
- Operate PCD (Saw/Drill Combination) equipment.
- Read and interpret industrial blueprints and fabrication drawings.
- Verify dimensions using measuring tools to ensure quality and accuracy.
- Perform routine machine setup and maintain a safe, organized work area.
- Work closely with production teams to meet quality and production goals.
- Cross-train on additional fabrication equipment as needed.
- Starting pay of $28.00/hr.

- Experience operating plasma and/or oxy-fuel burning tables (required)
- Previous experience with CNC structural steel burning equipment preferred
- Ability to read and interpret industrial blueprints
- Experience working with mild and galvanized steel
- Ability to accurately read and use measuring equipment
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Reliable transportation and excellent attendance
- Willingness to learn additional equipment through cross-training
