As the Director of Health Services, you play a critical role in the lives of seniors entrusted in our care. You bring our mission alive by leading and mentoring a team to provide exceptional care for each resident.

• Reviewing physician orders and 24‑hour reports.
• Completing assessments, such as admission and change in condition.
• Monitoring medication passes and treatment schedules.
• Assisting the TA team in the hiring and onboarding of clinical staff as needed.
• Serving as a key player in all state and federal surveys and in developing and deploying plans of correction.
• Recording patient medical records using Point Click Care  (EMR).
• Completing ongoing training as assigned and as required by state licensure.

• Must be a registered nurse with a current, unencumbered license to practice in the state.
• Must be a hands‑on leader with a desire to train and mentor.
• Have a passion for enhancing the lives of seniors and their families.
