Assistant Store Manager

Overview

Hourly rate ranges from $18.30 - $18.55 per hour and is dependent upon qualifications and experience.

• Establish and maintain guest services.
• Support the Store Manager in the various tasks involved in the overall operation of a store.
• Ensure maximum sales and profitability by developing staff, controlling expenses and shrinkage.
• Oversee all aspects of merchandising and inventory control in adherence with Company policies and procedures.

• Minimum age requirement: 18.
• Prior retail and/or management experience is required.
• The physical demands of the job include standing, walking, climbing ladders for more than 8 hours and lifting up to 50 pounds.
