Shoe Mill – Washington Square Mall, 9609 SW Washington Square Rd., Tigard, OR 97223

• Training rate of $18.00 per hour
• After training, employees convert to 10% commissions based on net sales, with no cap on earnings
• Guaranteed hourly rate for this position

• Opening and closing the store
• Merchandising
• Store cleanliness and basic maintenance
• Maintaining a high level of personal sales, setting the pace on the sales floor
• Assisting with staff training and supervision when necessary
• Inventory management
• Processing and reporting sales transactions
  
  Assisting the manager with employee training and development
• Responding to internal and external requests courteously and efficiently

• Open 7 days a week; operating hours may vary by location
• Part‑time position below 30 hours per week with some scheduling flexibility

• Has at least one year of work experience in retail and experience in cash handling
