Part‑Time Core Sales Associate – Pandora, Bridgeport Village

As the face of Pandora, you will deliver a world‑class customer experience, surpass sales goals, and continually find innovative ways to engage and attract fans. Core Staff provide reliable support with consistent schedules, ensuring smooth store operations.

• Deliver exceptional customer service and achieve sales objectives.
• Build genuine connections with fans and create unforgettable shopping moments.
• Display excellent product knowledge and promote brand loyalty.
• Maintain merchandising and retail operational standards for a clean, on‑brand environment.
• Consistently meet KPIs and coordinate with other store functions.
• Mentor and support new team members, demonstrating leadership potential.
• Complete a required assessment upon application submission.
• Undertake additional duties as assigned.

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a high‑performance sales environment.
• Strong communication skills—both written and verbal.
• Ability to charm and engage audiences at all levels of the organization.
• Must be 18 years or older and able to provide proof of identity and eligibility to work.
• Flexible availability for nights, weekends, and holidays; capable of standing for extended periods and lifting 50 + pounds.
• Consistent schedule of at least 20 hours per week preferred.
• Months may extend to 12 hours per week with peaks up to 30 hours; dependable presence during critical shifts.

• Hourly rate: $16.30 – $18.25, commensurate with experience.
• Hours:
  
  up to 12 hours in base weeks, increasing to 21 hours during peak weeks (maximum 30 hours per week).
