Nordstrom - - Responsibilities:
Assist customers at checkout with sales, returns and other transactions while delivering excellent customer service;
Keep the department runway ready by straightening, lightly cleaning and restocking the sales floor and cash wrap area;
Stay up on fashion trends to help customers with purchase decisions as necessary;
Build relationships with customers by informing them about events, Nordstrom gift cards, and the Nordstrom Rewards program
