Analyze sales reports and KPIs and, in partnership with the Store Manager, execute in-store business and sales strategies.;
Oversee scheduling, payroll accuracy, inventory receipt/dispatch, daily replenishment, physical inventories, cash handling, and merchandise flow processes.;
Ensure compliance with laws and loss prevention policies; conduct associate training to reinforce proper controls.;
Develop a high-performance culture by motivating the sales team to meet sales and productivity goals; train and coach on product knowledge and store operations.;
Model and promote MAPS customer service standards and deliver a cohesive omni-channel shopping experience.
