The Beauty Counter Manager leads the daily operations of an assigned beauty brand counter, combining sales and coaching to maximize results and build customer loyalty. This role delivers personalized makeup applications and skincare consultations both in-store and through digital channels, while driving sales in a commissioned environment. The manager also coordinates vendor events and maintains a customer‑ready counter presentation.

• Perform makeup applications and skincare analyses, recommending products to meet customers' beauty goals.
• Set and achieve personal and counter sales goals using in-store and digital selling tools, including text and social media.
• Manage scheduling and execution of vendor events, promotions, and maintain strong vendor relationships.
• Coach and collaborate with team members to create an inclusive, customer‑focused environment.
• Process sales, refunds, and exchanges and open customer rewards accounts to build loyalty.
• Maintain counter organization, cleanliness, and product presentation.

• Passion for beauty, makeup application, skincare, and keeping current with product and industry trends.

• Flexible availability including evenings and weekends.
