• Conduct makeup applications and skincare analyses; recommend products based on customers' beauty goals.
• Engage customers in-store and via digital tools (text and social media); book appointments and drive sales for beauty events and services.
• Set and achieve individual sales goals and participate in performance-based incentives.
• Handle sales transactions, refunds, and exchanges while building customer loyalty by enrolling customers in the store rewards program.
• Maintain department organization, cleanliness, and product presentation; stay current on beauty trends and product knowledge.

• Passion for beauty, makeup application, and skincare with strong customer service skills and empathy.
• Excellent ability to connect with customers, proactively address concerns, and contribute to a positive team environment.
• Strong multitasking, organization, and follow-through skills, with a drive to achieve sales goals using networking and technology.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule based on business needs, including evenings and weekends.
• Physical ability to be on your feet and move continuously for 6-8 hours and to lift items regularly up to 10 pounds and occasionally up to 25 pounds.
