Sales Associate – Part‑time (under 30 hours per week)

Shoe Mill – 9609 Washington Square Rd. Tigard, OR 97223. We are looking for a part‑time Sales Associate for our bright and busy store at Washington Square Mall. This in‑store position focuses on delivering an excellent customer experience in a welcoming atmosphere. The associate will develop expertise in footwear and foot health and share that knowledge with customers.

• Initial training rate of $17.00 per hour
• After training, employees earn 10% commission on personal sales plus a guaranteed hourly rate; performance based with no cap on earnings
