Part Time Sales Lead

We are looking for a Sales Lead to immerse themselves in our brand, culture, and product, delivering exceptional customer experiences and supporting Managers and Sales Associates to achieve in‑store success.

• At least 2 years of experience in a high‑performance selling environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to charm and captivate an audience at all levels of the organization.
• Business acumen and analytical thinking to deliver positive results.
• Mastery of time management, setting and adjusting priorities while delegating tasks efficiently.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 and retail POS systems.
• Minimum age 18 with proof of identity and eligibility to work.
• Flexible schedule that includes nights, weekends, and holidays, and ability to stand for extended periods and lift 50+ pounds.

• Base salary ranging from $17.45 to $21.85 per hour, commensurate with experience.
