Client Care & Support: Be the friendly, professional voice that answers calls, assists clients, and provides quick, accurate help with their insurance needs.
Policy Service & Maintenance: Process policy changes, cancellations, reinstatements, and endorsements ensuring every detail is handled precisely and on time.
Audit & Invoice Coordination: Assist with audit reports, billing questions, and invoice processing, helping clients stay on top of their accounts while keeping internal records accurate.
Certificates & Compliance: Prepare and issue certificates of insurance (COIs) with speed and accuracy because clients rely on us to help keep their businesses running smoothly.
Backend Accuracy & Data Entry: Handle the behind‑the‑scenes work that keeps everything moving: uploading documents, updating client files, and maintaining carrier and system accuracy.
Problem Solving & Resolution: Take initiative when issues arise, communicate effectively with clients and carriers, and follow through until every detail is resolved.
