• Set and achieve individual sales goals through in-store and digital selling
• Use texting and social media tools to engage customers and grow a client following
• Build and maintain lasting customer relationships and open rewards accounts
• Provide styling advice and honest feedback on fit and product selection
• Perform merchandising tasks including filling orders, restocking, re-merchandising, and price markdowns
• Keep the department customer ready and assist teammates across departments when required

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer service focus
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to use technology and networking to drive sales
• Ability to work effectively in a team, prioritize tasks, and maintain organization in a fast-paced environment
• Flexible availability to work varying schedules based on business needs
• Physical ability to be on your feet for extended periods, bend, reach, and lift up to 10 pounds regularly and occasionally up to 25 pounds
