Brand Ambassador - Fire Dept. Cannabis

Work Days:
Thursday, Friday, and Saturday

Shift Duration: 10 hours per day (~30 hours/week total)

Timing:
Must have open availability for mid morning to an occasional evening shifts (running until 7:00 PM or 8:00 PM to cover peak dispensary traffic hours).

Pay: $22.00 hourly

Fire Dept. Cannabis is a premier Portland-based cannabis product manufacturer distributing to 200+ dispensaries across the state of Oregon. We produce an extensive CPG lineup across two flagship brands (Fire Dept. Cannabis and Feel Goods), including edibles, kief, vapes, and an array of infused and traditional pre-rolls.

• Host high-energy vendor days that drive product awareness among consumers and dispensary staff.
• Educate retail staff and bud tenders on product lines and brand stories to build active brand advocates.
• Maintain merchandising standards by photographing product placement and displays within dispensaries.
• Transport, set up, and tear down promotional gear (branded booths, banners, packaging) for 10-hour shifts.
• Submit detailed post-shift CRM summaries detailing consumer sentiment and engagement metrics.

• Valid Oregon Marijuana Worker Permit. (Required)
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. (Required)
• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• High-energy, outgoing personality with strong communication skills, punctuality, and comfort initiating customer conversations.
• 1+ years of cannabis industry experience (budtending or production preferred) alongside brand ambassador or event execution experience.
