Lids - 9461 Southwest Washington Square Road - Responsibilities:
Act as Manager on duty for scheduling issues and customer complaints when Store Manager is absent;
Manage store associates through training programs and regular follow-up when Store Manager is absent;
Administer progressive disciplinary steps including verbal and written warnings;
Foster a respectful, inclusive team environment and adhere to brand standards;
Schedule and staff the store maintaining coverage for peak periods;
Assist in recruiting and training store personnel on store operations and procedures;
Ensure compliance with company policies and safeguard inventory, funds, and property;
Deliver exceptional customer service and lead customer experience efforts;
Drive membership program participation and in-store promotions when available;
Maintain visual merchandising standards and store cleanliness
