Overview
Field Sales Representative at AT&T: deliver personalized sales interactions in customers' homes, driving adoption of AT&T technology and services. Earn uncapped commission with potential to reach $100,000.
Responsibilities- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Present product demos and Wi‑Fi assessments.
- Close deals and meet sales targets.
- Resolve customer issues in the field.
- Maintain accurate records and follow up on leads.
Paid onboarding training, coaching, mentoring, and ongoing learning opportunities to keep sales reps tech‑savvy and on track.
Qualifications & Experience- 1+ year of commission sales experience; outside sales experience preferred.
- Proven success in meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong up‑selling and negotiation skills.
- Excellent verbal communication and rapport building.
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to use a company vehicle.
- Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Must pass a background check (drug screening, criminal history, motor‑vehicle record).
Salary range: $60,530 to $100,000 base + uncapped commission.
