Bilingual Spanish Field Sales Representative

Field Sales Representative at AT&T: A role that places you at the front line of delivering customized, white‑glove experiences directly in the customer’s home. You will build rapport with customers, demonstrate the latest technology, assess Wi‑Fi connectivity, deliver devices, and resolve service issues. Success in this position means meeting or exceeding commission‑based sales targets while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.

• Conduct personalized sales interactions at customer appointments arranged by AT&T.
• Provide hands‑on demonstrations, Wi‑Fi assessments, and device installations.
• Resolve customer issues and ensure continuity of service.
• Utilize strong negotiation and communication skills to close sales and upsell value‑adding products.
• Maintain a valid driver’s license and use a company vehicle for official business.
• Adapt to a varied schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

• Minimum 1 year of commission‑based outside sales experience.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Strong verbal and interpersonal skills; ability to establish rapport quickly.
• Proficiency with upselling techniques that enhance customer value.
• Successful completion of a background check, drug screening, criminal history, and motor‑vehicle record review.
