Job Summary

This role is responsible for the promotion and selling of XFINITY Residential products and services within an assigned territory. The position focuses on individual direct sales and/or multiple dwelling units to establish relationships and meet sales targets, utilizing extensive product knowledge and sales experience.

Core Responsibilities
  • Showcase Comcast product expertise and promote/sell to customers by door‑to‑door canvassing in an assigned area.
  • Demonstrate current knowledge of XFINITY Residential products including features, benefits, pricing, and campaigns.
  • Communicate and develop rapport with customers effectively.
  • Evaluate individual customers’ existing and potential product needs and make recommendations.
  • Increase customer understanding of Comcast products and pricing models, and the unique benefits over other providers.
  • Evaluate offers from other companies and frame a response to showcase the advantages of Comcast.
  • Meet the physical requirements of the job, including the ability to walk and/or travel door‑to‑door for considerable distances in all types of weather conditions.
  • Obtain and maintain any credentials and/or licenses required to sell and/or design alarm systems as law permits.
  • Exercise independent judgment and discretion in matters of significance.
  • Maintain regular, consistent, and punctual attendance.
  • Work nights, weekends, variable schedules, and overtime as necessary.
  • Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Compensation

Base Pay: $58,000.00

Total Target Compensation (Base Pay plus Targeted Commission): $83,500.00

Commission and bonus opportunities are available as part of the Total Rewards package.
