BMW of Tigard has an exciting opportunity for a professional and customer‑focused Sales Consultant to join our team.

We are looking for individuals who are passionate about delivering an elevated client experience while helping customers find the right vehicle to fit their lifestyle and needs. The ideal candidate is driven, personable, and thrives in a fast‑paced luxury retail environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build meaningful relationships with clients by understanding their needs, preferences, and goals.
  • Guide customers through the vehicle purchase and lease process with professionalism and transparency.
  • Demonstrate vehicle features, technology, and performance through engaging presentations and test drives.
  • Assist clients with financing, leasing, and protection options in partnership with sales managers and finance personnel.
  • Maintain strong knowledge of BMW products, inventory, promotions, and market trends.
  • Deliver a seamless and premium customer experience from initial inquiry through delivery and follow‑up.
  • Maintain consistent communication with clients to support long‑term relationships and customer loyalty.
  • Collaborate with the sales and leadership team to achieve individual and store performance goals.
Qualifications
  • Automotive sales or customer service experience preferred.
  • Strong communication, relationship‑building, and interpersonal skills.
  • Self‑motivated with a professional, goal‑oriented mindset.
  • Comfortable using CRM systems, technology, and digital communication tools.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast‑paced, team‑oriented environment.
  • Valid Driver’s License with a clean motor‑vehicle record.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent combination of education and related experience.

We offer competitive wages that are commensurate with job‑related skills, experience, relevant education or training, and geographic location. This is a commission‑eligible role, and employees can expect to earn an average of $3,000-$10,000 per month with earning potential based on personal performance.
