You will market broadcast and digital radio products, identify and develop new business opportunities through in‑person meetings and daily cold‑calling, and cultivate existing business using our full suite of products. Your goal is to exceed client expectations and drive revenue for the organization.
As an Account Executive, you will:
- Learn the ins and outs of our Broadcast + Digital Marketing Products.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities through in‑person meetings with clients and research.
- Conduct consistent daily cold‑calling and lead generation outreach.
- Collaborate with internal partners to drive revenue and create effective marketing campaigns.
- Use storytelling skills to deliver compelling sales presentations fueled by data.
- Self‑motivated with a go‑getter attitude.
- Excellent relationship‑building, problem‑solving, and persuasive communication skills.
- Goal‑oriented, expert negotiator, and proactive.
- Ability to plan and multi‑task in a fast‑paced environment.
- Comfortable with cold‑calling and initiating outreach to prospective clients.
- High School Diploma required;
College Degree preferred. - Valid driver’s license and auto insurance.
- Proficiency in Salesforce, Microsoft Office, and social networking platforms.
- Digital/Media Sales experience is a plus.
- Ability to organize and prioritize day‑to‑day tasks.
- Experience managing complex, multi‑platform campaigns and analytics is a plus.
- Well‑connected in the market and capable of building strong client relationships.
- Respect for others and a strong belief that reciprocity is vital.
- General understanding of business principles and sales environment.
- Interest in developing knowledge of business operations, sales concepts, and techniques.
- Individual accountability and ability to seek guidance when needed.
- Project management skills to complete assigned tasks.
- Problem‑solving ability using established guidelines and professional judgment.
- Clear communication of product information in digestible form and active listening to validate customer needs.
- Understanding of the impact of personal decisions.
