Job Description posted June 30, 2026. Beaverton Motorcycles is looking for a Parts, Gear & Apparel Sales Associate to help riders find the right parts, gear, helmets, and accessories while delivering an outstanding customer experience.

• Deliver an outstanding customer experience by helping riders find the right parts, riding gear, apparel, helmets, boots, and accessories
• Provide expert advice on product features, fitment, safety, and the newest technology in both on-road and off-road riding
• Build sales through product recommendations, add-on sales, and exceptional customer service
• Operate the point-of-sale system accurately and efficiently
• Keep the showroom clean, organized, well-stocked, and inviting
• Work alongside the Sales, Service, and Parts teams to create a seamless customer experience

• Previous retail or sales experience (preferred)
• Lightspeed experience (strongly preferred, especially in powersports)
• Outstanding communication and customer service skills
• A positive, team-first attitude
• Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
• The ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• A desire to continually learn new products and technology
• Dependable attendance and punctuality
• The ability to stand and move throughout an 8-hour shift
