Job Summary:

Responsible for managing all sales of Comcast Ethernet, Internet, Voice, and TV services to enterprise customers, including regional multi‑site businesses, national accounts, and medical and education institutions.

  • Maintain expertise on Comcast’s products/services to effectively lead the sales team.
  • Develop and monitor sales promotions and incentives to meet business goals.
  • Ensure team and individual reps achieve all sales, quality, goals and standards.
  • Recruit, train, develop and motivate Enterprise Account Executives.
  • Plan and analyze sales forecasts, annual, quarterly and monthly revenue projections.
  • Track and report individual and group sales performance against business objectives.
  • Identify and implement process improvements to increase sales performance and operational efficiency.
  • Manage employee performance, counsel and advise to ensure growth.
  • Participate in managing Business Services Enterprise Direct Sales channels within budgeted sales and expense targets.
  • Develop and implement best practices that contribute to improved performance and overall success.
  • Attend regularly and be available for nights, weekends, variable schedule and overtime as necessary.
  • Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree required (preferred). Candidates with coursework and experience may be considered.
  • Relevant work experience: 7-10 years in sales or related field.
  • Strong knowledge of enterprise sales processes, pricing, and solution selling.
  • Excellent communication, customer relationship, emotional intelligence, people leadership, sales leadership, and strategic objectives skills.
  • Ability to work nights and weekends, variable schedule, and overtime as needed.
  • Relevant certifications (if applicable) are a plus.
