Location: Jaguar Land Rover Portland

Salary: $52,000 – $62,000 annually

Jaguar Land Rover Portland is seeking an experienced, dependable, and highly motivated Wholesale Parts Advisor to join our team.

We operate at a high level and are looking for a professional who takes ownership of their responsibilities, manages their time effectively, and consistently follows established policies and procedures without requiring repeated reminders.

• Assist retail, wholesale, and internal customers with accurate parts identification and ordering
• Provide professional, timely, and knowledgeable customer service
• Research parts using electronic catalogs and available manufacturer resources
• Prepare accurate estimates, invoices, and special orders
• Monitor open orders, backorders, and special-order reports
• Maintain accurate inventory and transaction records
• Communicate clearly with customers, technicians, service advisors, and other team members
• Follow all departmental policies, procedures, and documentation requirements
• Support the department’s sales, gross-profit, productivity, and customer-service goals

• Automotive parts knowledge is required
• Strong attendance and punctuality
• Ability to self-manage, prioritize responsibilities, and complete assignments independently
• Ability to follow directions, policies, and procedures consistently
• Positive, professional, and team-oriented attitude
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
• Effective verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced dealership environment
• Willingness to accept accountability and carry an equal share of the team’s workload

• Previous dealership parts experience
• CDK experience
• Jaguar Land Rover parts or dealership experience
• Experience with retail, wholesale, and internal repair-order transactions
