Nordstrom -  - Responsibilities:
Resolve theft by using good judgment and conducting quality apprehensions in high shrinkage areas in accordance with policy and AP guidance;
Identify theft trends by leveraging technology, reporting, and surveillance tactics;
Drive a shrinkage reduction culture by implementing action plans and merchandise protection standards;
Identify, escalate, and support internal theft investigations via reports and surveillance systems;
Prepare and submit prompt and complete reports for all incidents, investigations, and safety issues
