We Are The Portland Branch Or A National Restoration Company. We Are Looking To Add Experienced Lead Technicians To Our Busy Team. We Service The Portland Metro Area.

The Lead Restoration Technician Is Responsible For Working As Part Of The Team To Perform Emergency Services For Homes And Businesses While Adhering To IICRC Standards Of Care. This Includes, Water Extraction, Cleaning, Demolition, Pack Out And Other Restoration Activities.

• Ensure That Proper Scope Of Work Is Followed.
• Manage Documentation File Using Our Cloud-Based Software.
• Communicate Job Scope And Safety Expectation To Your Team.
• Set And Monitor Equipment.
• Perform Mitigation Activities According To IICRC Guidelines.
• Participate In Our Rotating On-Call Schedule.
• Respond To Emergencies.

• A Clean Driving Record.
• 2 Years Of Experience Preferred But We Are Happy To Train The Right Person With Construction Or Demolition Experience.
• Ability To Accurately Document.
• Ability To Work Well With Others And Lead A Small Team.
• Must Be Able To Respond Quickly To Emergencies.
• Must Have Good Communication Skills.
• Able To Work Overtime.

Compensation: $20.00 - $27.00 per hour
