Commercial and Residential Management Group (CRMG) is seeking a Roving Maintenance Technician to support a portfolio of properties in the Portland area. The role covers electrical, plumbing, carpentry, painting, pool care, landscaping and janitorial tasks under supervision.
Expect a full-time schedule, hours 8:00AM-5:00PM, Monday-Friday, with a 40-hour workweek and a $29–$35 hourly rate. Benefits include medical/dental/vision, 401(k) with company match, paid time off and a $50 monthly cell phone
