We are currently seeking a part time outgoing professional to answer our incoming busy phone lines Monday through Wednesday 3 PM to 10 PM. The ideal candidate would have some familiarity with the dealership environment but willing to train the correct candidate.

• Answer dealership group phones, greet and receive prospects and customers
• Work cooperatively with the all internal teams
• Communicate with callers and visitors in a professional, friendly, and efficient manner
• Meter mail and ensure delivered to postal service nightly
• Other duties as assigned

• Excellent listening/communication skills, outgoing and positive personality
• Punctual nature and ability to handle schedule flexibility and dynamic work environment
• Professional appearance and eager to improve on all aspects
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
