Established in 2006, Quality Custom Distribution Services LLC (QCD), a subsidiary of GSF, is a custom last‑mile distribution company specializing in tailored solutions for selected food service industry customers. Headquartered in Frisco, Texas, QCD serves thousands of restaurants throughout the United States. QCD delivers over 37,000 deliveries a week from 25 strategically located distribution centers, and its fleet averages more than 40 million miles driven per year.

QCD associates also help run the national non‑profit GSF Foundation.

• Safely operate material handling equipment: pallet jacks and forklifts (certification required for forklift)
• Inspect incoming and outgoing shipments and verify accuracy of orders and product quality
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area in compliance with company standards
• Use warehouse technology (RF scanners, inventory systems) to track orders and inventory
• Follow all QIP and sanitation policies and safety protocols

• Accurately pick, lift, and place products to build pallets per customer orders
• Operate forklifts or pallet jacks safely in high‑traffic warehouse areas
• Visually inspect and verify all incoming or outgoing product
• Maintain safety, productivity, and cleanliness standards; read labels, count product, and complete order paperwork
• Support the team with cleaning and additional duties as needed

• Comfort working in varying temperatures, including freezer and cooler environments
• Strong attention to detail, teamwork skills, and commitment to safety
• Basic mechanical aptitude and ability to troubleshoot equipment issues
• Experience with warehouse management systems and handheld scanners (preferred)

• Valid forklift certification and at least 6 months of safe equipment operation
• Strong reading and math skills for labeling, counting, and documentation
• Use a voice‑directed picking system (VoCollect headset) to accurately select and prepare customer orders

• Full time, on‑site in a temperature‑controlled warehouse (dry, cooler freezer –5°F to 38°F)
• Primarily a 4‑day work week
• Must be able to work both night and day shifts (5 AM or 3 PM)
• Physically active role with repetitive lifting up to 50 lbs and extended standing or walking

• $23.71 per hour plus $1 per hour differential for working Friday‑Sunday
• Union role
