TBV Wonen in Tilburg zoekt een mutatieopzichter voor 32-36 uur per week. In deze rol ben je verantwoordelijk voor het verhuurklaar maken van mutatiewoningen en verzorg je de communicatie met bewoners en collega's. Je werkt binnen een zelforganiserend gebiedsteam en hebt daarbij een grote verantwoordelijkheid voor klanttevredenheid.
Je hebt een mbo werk- en denkniveau met een technische achtergrond, bent communicatief sterk en proactief. Je ontvangt een salaris tot € 5.042 bij een fulltime werkweek.
