CZ in Tilburg zoekt een projectleider Wlz om projecten te coördineren die impact hebben op langdurige zorg. Je werkt aan innovatieve oplossingen zoals beeldbellen en datagedreven zorg. In deze rol ben je verantwoordelijk voor het realiseren van de strategische doelstellingen van het CZ Zorgkantoor en draag je bij aan toegankelijke zorg voor alle cliënten.
Je hebt hbo niveau en enige ervaring als projectleider. Deze functie biedt de mogelijkheid om zowel thuis als op kantoor te werken, wat bijdraagt aan een hybride werkmodel.
