Tilburgse Banen is op zoek naar een floormanager horeca voor 28 uur per week. Deze tijdelijke functie is voor tenminste zes maanden ter vervanging en richt zich op het gastvrij laten verlopen van voorstellingen in ons theater.
De floormanager coördineert de samenwerking binnen het team, zorgt voor een veilige omgeving en neemt beslissingen om de bedrijfsvoering te optimaliseren. De rol omvat onder andere leidinggeven aan medewerkers en het zorgen voor netheid in de publieke ruimtes.
