Bijkinderstad in Tilburg zoekt een HR-adviseur die de directie ondersteunt bij beleidsontwikkeling en HR-processen. Je werkt in een sfeervolle omgeving met een enthousiast team.
Je hebt een HBO of WO-opleiding in HRM of organisatiekunde en ervaring met CAO's. De rol biedt 28-32 uren per week en de mogelijkheid om impact te maken binnen de organisatie.
Bij ons krijg je een marktconform salaris van €3.326 – €5.520 op basis van 40 uur per week.
