Van Maerlant Lyceum zoekt een HR-adviseur voor 0,4 fte in Tilburg. Je werkt aan HR-projecten, vertaalt vraagstukken naar beleid en concrete acties en ondersteunt bij implementatie. Je hebt een HBO-opleiding HR en minimaal vijf jaar relevante ervaring.
De functie is tijdelijk met een projectaanstelling tot 1 januari 2028 en valt qua inschaling in schaal 10 van CAO VO. Een aantrekkelijke beloning en royale secundaire arbeidsvoorwaarden zijn geboden, inclusief hybride werken en extra verlof.
