is looking for a bilingual Dutch and English-speaking Sales Development Representative to help build qualified investor meeting pipeline in The Netherlands.

About the Role

This role sits within the  organisation and is focused on generating high-quality meetings with direct investors across both B2B and B2C channels in the Dutch market. You will work across both inbound and outbound activity, speaking with serious investors in a professional, credible and polished way. Your job is not just to create activity - it is to create qualified, attended meetings that move real opportunities forward.

Responsibilities

  • Follow up with qualified inbound leads and convert interest into booked meetings
  • Run targeted outbound outreach to direct investors across B2B and B2C channels in The Netherlands
  • Identify and engage relevant prospects in the Dutch market through structured calling, messaging and follow-up
  • Qualify leads against agreed investment criteria and assess whether they should progress
  • Book online or in-person meetings between qualified leads and the relevant closer function
  • Keep activity, pipeline movement and follow-up organised and consistent
  • Maintain a professional standard of communication across calls, emails and written follow-up
  • Support a disciplined sales process with clear handovers, strong responsiveness and good judgement
Qualifications
  • Minimum 2 years of phone-based sales experience
  • Strong background in outbound prospecting, cold calling or appointment setting
  • Fluent in Dutch and English
  • Excellent manner on the phone and in writing
  • Able to communicate professionally and confidently with serious investors
  • Strong judgement when qualifying leads and deciding what should progress
  • Self-starter who is organised, proactive and comfortable owning follow-up
  • Credible and polished in both B2B and B2C conversations
Required Skills
  • You are a strong salesperson who knows how to build momentum through outreach, communicate with credibility, and create trust quickly.
  • You are comfortable speaking with private investors as well as professional contacts, and you understand that quality matters as much as activity.
  • You are proactive, disciplined and commercially sharp, with the confidence to represent  to high-value prospects.
