nShift is seeking an Account Manager to own a portfolio of customers in the Netherlands and the UK, building trusted relationships, driving renewals, and identifying upsell opportunities across our delivery management, checkout, tracking, and returns platforms.
You will collaborate with Customer Success, Product, and Marketing to maximise value, manage a Salesforce pipeline, and engage with senior stakeholders. You'll travel as needed within the region, with Dutch and English fluency required.
