Responsibilities
- Je houdt overzicht over de dagelijkse operatie
- Ondersteunt jouw team bij complexe vraagstukken en lost escalaties op
- Werkt nauw samen met de manager freight
- Coachen, begeleiden en ontwikkelen van jouw team
- Bewaken van de dagelijkse operatie, prioriteiten en voortgang
- Oplossen van escalaties en complexe transportvraagstukken
- Verstevigen van internationale relaties
- minimaal 3 jaar ervaring als freight forwarder binnen internationaal wegtransport
- een goede beheersing van de Nederlandse en Engelse taal
- fulltime beschikbaarheid van 40 uur per week
- overzicht, stressbestendigheid en plezier in het coachen van collega’s, waarbij leidinggevende ervaring een pre is
