Stryker Netherlands is seeking a talented sales leader to drive our Joint Replacement business across the Netherlands. You will lead a team of about 8 direct reports, coach and develop them, and build relationships with key customers and KOLs to accelerate growth.
Reporting to the Senior BU Director of Joint Replacement Northern Europe, you will manage budgets, forecast, and collaborate with marketing, pricing, and finance to ensure excellent service and successful new business development.
