Je werkt als kok/ culinair consulent in het productieteam, bestaande uit een aantal koks en keukenassistenten. Wat doe je zoal?
- Je controleert ingekomen goederen op kwaliteit en kwantiteit en zorgt dat de dag voorraad op peil wordt gehouden.
- Je voert de productie van maaltijden volgens sous-vide bereiding. Dit gaat volgens vastgelegde recepturen en procedures.
- Je doet voorstellen in productontwikkeling waarvoor basiskennis voedingsmiddelentechnologie vereist is. Daarnaast denk je ook mee in de menuplanning, met focus op seizoenen en eigen streek.
- Je voert cateringopdrachten uit, zowel op werkdagen als sporadisch in de weekenden.
- Het plannen en uitvoeren van implementaties van ons voedingsconcept bij klanten hoort ook bij jouw takenpakket.
- Je hebt een adviserende rol op het gebied van gezonde voeding en voedselveiligheid aan Amarant op locaties verspreid over Brabant.
