Summary
XPEL is experiencing significant business growth and successively building our installation training team. This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic group of professionals as a Trainer, responsible for conducting training installation of paint protection film, window tint, and ceramic coatings.
Core Duties
- Develop the necessary skills to professionally teach installation of XPEL films and coatings (XPEL provides training to trainers to advance their installation skills and enable teaching dedicated XPEL installation curriculum).
- Travel up to 50% domestically and internationally to conduct training at auto dealerships and independent XPEL dealers’ facilities.
- Provide technical installation assistance as necessary to XPEL customers and work with sales or customer support to provide technical installation assistance to XPEL customers.
- Serve as an ambassador of the XPEL brand, sharing product information, installation, and sales considerations with accounts and customers.
- Serve as a member of a training team, advancing installation procedures, and through training, advancing the automotive protective film and coating industry.
- Other job-related duties as required (trade shows, promotional videos, etc.).
Job Requirements
- Strong work ethic, highly motivated, and organized.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- A high level of eye-hand coordination and dexterity.
- Able to travel up to 50% of the time and able to obtain a passport for international travel.
- Working knowledge of MS Office for training scheduling coordination and training reports.
- Must have a driver’s license and the ability to maintain a passport for international travel.
- Knowledge of PPF installation and experience installing XPEL PPF or tint is preferred.
- Experience in the automotive industry, sales, knowledge of detailing, etc. is preferred.
Schedule
- Monday through Friday, core hours: 9 AM – 5 PM.
Salary and Benefits
- €49,500– €52,000 base with opportunity for performance-based quarterly bonus.
